This scale bomber model boasts near-actual dimensions, following a complete update and rebuild of our 2006 original series. An aviation museum's request for an F-111G display model inspired these upgrades, which offer enhanced detail, accuracy, and flight controls (90% rebuilt). The model features animated stabilators, flaps, rudder, retractable landing gear, and doors; the cockpit is more detailed than before. Available in various formats, this FB-111A/F-111G was developed for tactical bomber and attack roles with a diverse weapons capacity. It served Tactical Air Command in Vietnam and participated in attacks on Libya (1980s) and the 1st Persian Gulf War before its 1995 USAF retirement, lasting until 2005 in RAAF service.
