This detailed model closely resembles its actual size, only differing by a few inches from authentic dimensions. It is an upgraded version of our initial series released in 2006, inspired by an Australian aviation museum's request for an F-111G display. The model impresses with enhanced detail, improved accuracy, and advanced flight controls, totaling at 90% rebuild. Featuring animatable elements like stabilators, flaps, rudder, and landing gear retraction, the model also offers canopy opening and a more detailed cockpit than its predecessor. Available in various formats, this F-111 Aardvark model pays homage to an interceptor initially developed by Convair/General Dynamics during the Cold War, transitioning into supersonic, medium-range interdictor, tactical strike, strategic bomber, reconnaissance, and electronic warfare aircraft. Operated by the United States Air Force starting in 1967, the Royal Australian Air Force also adopted F-111Cs from 1973 onward.
