The model boasts a near-scale design, closely resembling its actual dimensions. It is an extensive revamp of our initial series from 2006, prompted by an Australian aviation museum's request for an F-111G display. The museum was delighted with this model and others supplied by Dreamscape. Enhanced features in the 90% rebuilt version include increased detailing, accuracy, and superior flight controls. This model is fully textured, animatable, with functional stabilators, flaps, rudder, landing gear retraction, landing gear doors, openable canopy, and a more detailed cockpit compared to the original. Available in multiple formats, the General Dynamics F-111 Aardvark was designed and built by Convair/General Dynamics as an interceptor against Soviet bomber threats during the Cold War. The F-111 served as a supersonic, medium-range interdictor and tactical strike aircraft, strategic bomber, reconnaissance, electronic warfare, and air defense strike platform across its various versions. It was first utilized by the United States Air Force in 1967, with the Royal Australian Air Force following suit in 1973.
