A 3D-printable cover is designed for a 60x60mm fan on the Gen6 Deluxe PCB. To assemble, insert bolts through the PCB cover holes and slide the fan and its cover over them before securing with split pins. The entire process took approximately 4 hours at a 0.15mm layer height for printing and assembly of the prototype. A printable bill of materials includes one PCB cover, two fan covers or an alternative option, four bolts, and four split pins.
