I am writing from my Writing Desk. Rendering images with V-Ray brings our 3D scenes to life. Materials used in rendering files are compatible only within 3ds max and FBX platforms. All textures contained within a material in FBX files reside in the master maxzip file. A manual reapplication of textures is necessary for models in FBX, OBJ, 3DS, DXF, and DWG file formats. Collecting all scene textures into a single root directory streamlines our workflow.
