I created my own custom gel by mixing together honey, agave syrup, and salt at home. This homemade gel became my go-to nutrition source during long rides. To securely attach the flexible bottle containing this homemade gel to my top tube, I used a clip that I had made earlier. It proved to be an effective solution for replenishing fluids and electrolytes on the fly.
