Geisha Model The original Geisha model was scanned from a museum exhibit and uploaded to Sketchfab for public viewing. After scanning, the model underwent several refinements. First, it was solidified to create a single, cohesive object. This process involved removing any internal defects or holes that might have been present in the original scan. Next, the model was smoothed to eliminate any rough edges or surfaces. This step helped to give the Geisha a more lifelike appearance. Finally, some sculpting work was done using Blender software to enhance the model's features and details. On September 28th, 2019, the base of the model was reoriented to improve its overall stability. The completed Geisha model is available for download as an STL file named sptGeisha.stl. This file includes supports that are twice the size of the original model, making it easier to print and assemble.
