Geiger Counter Case

Geiger Counter Case

thingiverse

This project features a Geiger counter case that accommodates its electronics, power supply, and tube using the kit from DIYGeigerCounter. The kit includes a base, lid, and protective covering for a VA-Z 115 tube with a snap-in holder on the lid. Inspired by other projects on DIYGeigerCounter's site and Stephen's design, this case aims to make the assembly more compact, add tone and brightness controls, and enable pressure-fit lids without screws for easy access to internals. The solid model is created using a BRL-CAD script (requiring an updated executable path) and can be exported in various formats like STL. It fits perfectly on a Printrbot Jr (v1).
