Gehäusedeckel für einen digitalen Ölstandsmesser mit ESP8266 und HC-SR04
thingiverse
I want to create a Gehäusedeckel for a digital oil level gauge using an ESP8266 and HC-SR04. I will need the following components: - A printed Gehäusedeckel consisting of top, middle, and bottom parts - 1x Wemos D1 Mini with Tasmota flashed in it - 1x HC-SR04 distance sensor - 1x cable for 5V power supply It's essential to note that the "Ölstandsmesser_Unterteil.stl" part needs to be scaled up by 10% vertically in Cura so that the thread of the deck fits properly. Please scale the Z-axis to 110% and keep X and Y axes at 100%. My oil tank is a Schütz Standard 1000L tank, and this Gehäusedeckel should fit on it. It might also work with most other oil tanks having a 58mm thread. The three parts will be glued together using plastic glue once everything works. Please note that there's an explosion risk when working with an oil tank, so use at your own risk and be aware of the danger!
