Gefen DVI audio wallmount

I'm using a Gefen DVI Audio Extender to send audio over Cat 5 cable in my home theater setup, where it gets converted into an optical signal. To free up some space on my desk, I wanted this device wall-mounted. It's possible that nobody else needs this particular setup, but I've decided to share the design nonetheless. I also added a simple wall mount for the power supply unit, which is perhaps a bit cumbersome.
