GEETECH Y (certainly X too) axis belt pulley repair
thingiverse
My X-axis belt pulley bearing gave up the ghost after just 10 hours of printing. I decided to take matters into my own hands and designed a pulley using Nylon 230 without any bearings - and to my surprise, it works like a charm with no annoying noise! The original bearing, however, disintegrated completely. Initially, I attempted to create a single piece pulley, but the upper guide proved to be a printing nightmare. In the end, I opted for a two-halves pulley design, which seems to be a game-changer.
