Geeetech x-Carriage rework for igus bearings
thingiverse
This is my first fully functional 're-engineered' parts for my Geeetech i3B. I've made significant progress, but please note that not everything is complete or assembled yet. However, all the components are fully functional. Feel free to print or remix these designs as you see fit, but be aware that I'm still a beginner in 3D printing and won't be held responsible for any mishaps. The idea behind this design is a 'snap on / off/ carriage for icus / LN 8mm bearings with add-on mounts for e3D and BLtouch. Please be warned that this project is still a work in progress! UPDATE: I've since reworked the fan duct aperture to make it larger, ensuring that even a 40mm fan can effectively push air through the nozzle. I recommend at least a 10-15mm opening for optimal performance. In addition, I've identified an issue with the BLtouch holder and will be revising all the files accordingly. Once edited, they'll be reposted on the platform. I'm eager to see what you create with these designs! More photos will be added soon.
