These are reinforcement supports specifically designed for Geeetech Delta Printer series owners who want to take their printing experience to the next level. Reinforcing your Delta Printer is now easier than ever with these custom-made parts that add an extra layer of stability and durability to your machine. In addition to providing exceptional support, these components also include inserts for LED strips, allowing you to illuminate your prints from multiple angles and create visually stunning results. To assemble the bottom section, simply print three items that mount onto the parallel vertical axis rod. These parts feature precise holes for 6x10 mm and 6x6 mm set screws, giving you the flexibility to fine-tune their placement as needed. The top section requires printing two files: one with an insert for a wire support mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2842540), and three additional items that connect from one axis to another. These components boast four mounting holes in the center of the original holes on the top plate, which originally used 4x50 mm screws. You'll also find two additional mounting holes for 6x50 mm screws - note that these need to be drilled into the top plate before installation. Each support features an insert for LED strips, with six LEDs on the bottom and two sets of three LEDs on the top section. To maximize the stability of your printer, we recommend replacing all four 4x9x1mm washers on the vertical rod with 4x16x1 mm washers on both the top and bottom mounting plates. Please be aware that these parts can be quite challenging to install due to their tight fit. By using these reinforcement supports, you'll enjoy a significantly more stable printing experience.
