A Customizable Induction Sensor and Print Fan Mount Based on 2D CAD Files Received from Geeetech. It May Not Be the Most Elegant Design but It Gets the Job Done. I Am Grateful to Bkeevil for Correcting an Error in My Original Version Which Can Now be Found Here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1109334. To Use This Design Successfully, Ensure You Mount It Properly Using All Four Screws. Unfortunately, I Initially Only Used the Bottom Two Screws and Experienced a Slight Sagging of the Mount, Which Requires Occasional Tightening. Not Ideal, but Manageable Nonetheless. I Have Utilized Tinkercad to Create This Design and It Can Be Edited Online Through the Following Link: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/lQbdcAwuKNv However, After a Short While of Using This Design, the Induction Sensor's Detection Distance Commenced its Descent into an Unsustainable Shortness. Unfortunately, This Was Not Due to a Hardware or Software Issue But Rather a Quality Control Flaw with the Sensor I Obtained from Chinese eBay Which Caused Me Significant Headaches. To Use This Mount Effectively: 1. Print it Out, Followed by Sanding/Flattening Any Exposed Protrusions. 2. Drill Appropriate Holes for the Fan Installation. 3. Install Your Cooling Fan of Choice. 4. Install Your Induction Sensor with Due Care and Attention to Detail. 5. Replace Your Original Print Head With the New One. 6. Configure Your Firmware to Utilize This Auto-Leveling Feature. Once You Have Successfully Completed These Steps, Get Ready to Enjoy a Smoother and More Efficient 3D Printing Experience.
