I loved the design of seraphine (id: 1683307) and decided to take it to the next level by swapping out the switch for an M2.5 bolt and nut setup, so I tweaked his design: I removed the printed rods and edited the part to include captive nuts that fit perfectly in the model's holes. Since the holes are just right, you can skip using nuts altogether and thread M2.5x12 bolts directly into the PLA part with care. I designed two reinforced versions because my first print kept bending when the bed hit the switch, so I'm offering you a choice - pick your favorite! To secure the switch, I used two M2.5x14mm bolts paired with their matching nuts. For reference, I included the data sheet for the SS-5GL switch I used (you can find these switches on eBay by searching for them). Feel free to edit or enhance the FreeCAD source file to make it your own! Print Settings: Printer: Geeetech Prusa I3 Pro B Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 40% Notes: Printing took just 20 minutes with PLA, and it turned out great!
