This bracket is made to fit the Geeetech Prusa I3 X 8mm Acrylic version and is specifically designed for the 4 holes on the Z axis top plate to hold a custom extruder built by combining Itty Bitty Belted Extruder, created by clough42 and mattshane, using a Nema17 motor that can be found here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1030212 The required parts for assembly are 2 M4 screws, 15mm long and 4 M4 screws, 20mm long as well as 6 M4 nuts.
