Geeetech Prusa i3 - X and Y axis idler pulley with push pin

I've had problems with the idler/belt tensioner on my Geeetech i3 pro B printer. So I made this using some old roller skate bearings. To make this, you'll need one 608zz bearing and six grams of plastic. The bearing is held in place by a push pin. It works for both x and y axes, although on the x axis I lose about ten millimeters of build space since it's bigger than the original. Once assembled, it can be a bit tricky to take apart again, but you can lift the pin using a small flat screwdriver. After that, it should be easy. The pin isn't my design; it came from this spool holder made by Dwonh, which works perfectly by the way. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:629381 I've been using the idler pulley for fifty plus hours of printing time without problems. Printer Settings: * Printer: Geeetech i3 * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Infill: 100% * Notes: I printed this using ABS. For the best printing results, you should print all three parts at the same time.
