Geeetech Prusa I3 X and Pro C - Y Axis belt tensioner and bearing upgrade

We were fed up with constantly replacing the Geetech bearings and experiencing premature failure after a few prints, so we decided to take action once and for all. After conducting an online search, we couldn't find anyone else experiencing this problem or a solution. The issue was affecting both the X and Y axes. Here's our fix for the X axis: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1714772. The bearings used by Geeetech are subpar and hard to obtain unless you're willing to wait for delivery from China. Additionally, the design is flawed. When tightening the roller holder, it pulls the sides in at the front, causing the roller to come into contact with the holder. Furthermore, the design fails to utilize the bearing's center, instead relying on the screw to support the bearing's movement. We decided to replace the bearings with high-quality roller blade bearings from a local skate shop. The ones we used are 12mm wide and 4mm thick with a 6.5mm hole. To accommodate different sizes, we've uploaded the SCAD file so you can adjust it according to your local options. This fix has resolved our problem, and we hope it will do the same for you. We've also added built-in washers to make installation easier and increased the thickness of the roller holder for added strength in update 1.1.
