After using my Geeetech Prusa i3 Pro B for a while, I noticed a strange noise that initially led me to think it was extruder throttling (a common issue with MK8). However, further investigation revealed that the heatbed's wires were constantly sliding over the edge of the printer's frame and Y-stopper, causing this noise. To alleviate this problem, I created a simple solution - a smooth bed for the wires. My attempt appears to be working effectively so far. The support is included in the design. After printing, it's easy to remove and attach the clip to the back side of the frame, just like shown in the photos. One leg goes between the Y-stopper and Y-motor. The OpenSCAD file I used incorporates Bezier curve functions from a helpful resource on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8443).
