Geeetech Prusa I3 Pro B Cabinet (Caisse de protection et transport)

I don't have too much space in my house, so my printer has to be stored in the garage when I'm not using it. So, I built this cabinet to store and protect the printer. At the same time, I had some issues with ABS printing (warping, etc.). This cabinet can also be used as thermal protection for ABS printing. With the windows, you can see the whole printing process. The cabinet is made from 16mm and 10 mm MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard), and the windows are made of transparent 4mm PS (polystyrene). It might be a little bit too heavy. At the bottom, I added a drawer to store the basic tools I use when I'm printing (pliers, some filament, Kapton tape, Dimafix, etc.). Instead of having a long discussion, you can upload your .f3d file and inspect all dimensions. A photo of the finished cabinet will be uploaded soon; the paint is currently drying. The .stl file includes the hook I used to join the Prusa I3 with the cabinet, as the printer cannot move inside it. This hook is attached to the M10 threaded rod and fixed on the cabinet with two screws. You'll need to print four of them. Have fun building it! EDIT: 2018/03/17: Whoops! When I move the enclosure, the drawer moves by itself! So, I added two parts: a bracket (Equerre.stl) and a knob (Bouton.stl). See the picture of the system to lock the drawer without any parts outside. The bracket is fixed in the drawer, and the knob secures it. There are two brackets and two knobs, one on each side. You'll need to print two parts of each and add a dowel (6mm x 32mm long), glued with CA in the knob. A low-cost solution. EDIT: 2018/03/20 I've added photos of the finished cabinet.
