Geeetech Prusa i3 M201 top plates with bearings for lead screw

Top plates for the Geeetech Prusa i3 M201 have been modified to accommodate 608RS bearings for lead screws. The original design was remixed from BG32940's models, then imported into Sketchup Make where it was thoroughly cleaned up in skp format and had missing holes added. Both skp and stl formats are now available to facilitate remixing.
