Geeetech Prusa i3 Dual Bowden

WORK IN PROGRESS UPDATED 3/2/16 - Added all the STL files of the final version. PLEASE make sure you measure and print out the correct X- blocks. Geeetech ones should all be the same. However this set is designed to upgrade various Prusa's. TODO: BOM - List of all screws, nuts, bolts, and bearings. Add Layer Fan - Easy, just too much going on. But working on it. Add Fixing Block with proximity sensor for autolevel / replace Z limit switch. I have never cared for the Prusa setup, ALL that weight hanging off the 2 horizontal smooth rods, and the fact that its not centered over the rods its hanging off the side. With this, this is the Bowden carrier, holds dual Bowden extruders. This mounts up nicely to Geeetech's original carriage, as well as carriages that have 23mm hole spacing. If you require a different hole spacing, let me know I will modify this for you. I will also adjust the Z offset weather it needs to be lifted or lowered. Currently as this is a work in progress, the extruders are set way too low, so I will be revising the mounting for GeeeTech to allow it to be at the right level. This will eventually be part of an entire set with new X-Motor, X-Idler, and X Carriage. Those of which I found that another thingiverse member created, and I loved them so much, I decided to make this specifically for them as well as geeetech's setup. I will not upload any STL files at the moment until I get the Z elevation correct. Any ideas, and or suggestions welcomed and encouraged please! I'm thinking of using this on my FlashForge Creator Pro as well! I changed the extruders very little and mirrored them so that there is a left mount and a right mount. Credit for the Fan goes to http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:283343 , mplama, I loved this fan and why recreate the wheel when its already been done! I created my Bowden mount around this fan, at 26MM Nozzle space (Remember to edit firmware and re-upload or change in eeprom) Credits for the X Axis (X Motor, X Carriage, X Idler and X Tension) All goes to http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1103976 MazaaFIN. This was just a much nicer setup allowing the X Ider and X Motor to home at lower distances than the original GeeeTech, since its flipped. I also added a Z limit switch screw lash-up and it works great for the GeeeTech. There is a version with and without..
