GeeeTech Prusa i3 Aluminum MK8 Cooling Fan Bracket
thingiverse
My Prusa i3 Aluminum printer came with a metal extruder bracket, which required an adapter for the cooling fan. The existing M3 holes on this bracket were utilized. Two M3 x 10mm screws were used to secure the blower fan in place, countersinking the holes so that it could mount flush. Pilot holes were drilled for the fan, and 6-32 threads were tapped into them. I printed this adapter with PLA at a nozzle temperature of 200 Deg C and a bed temperature of 60 Deg C. The infill was set to 100% and the height to 0.2mm.
