This part is a fan silencer specifically designed for the power supply cooling fan of my Geeetech Prusa I3 Aluminium 3D printer that I built for personal use. No additional parts are required. To mount the silencer holder, I had to open the power supply and use the available screws. The noise reduction is significant. I printed the holder and silencer separately to increase flexibility in design. I did not add any damping material between the holder and the silencer to suppress noise further, as this can be hazardous. When modifying the cooling system of the power supply, it's crucial to avoid overheating the device. Be extremely cautious when making changes. **Use at your own risk!** **This modification affects the warranty and may cause harm to your device through overheating. Your device could be damaged.
