Update from August 22, 2019: The latest update now features a cable canal that securely holds the cables leading down to the hot end and temperature sensor. This design ensures your cables remain safely out of the moving parts' path. 1st Release: October 10, 2018: This fan duct boasts an exceptionally easy and efficient design with minimal fan load losses. The nozzle's height is adjustable, allowing you to position it as close as possible to the hot end. In my setup, I have a distance of exactly 8 mm. Inspiration for this design came from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:814590, but due to differences in printer and fan models, I had to start from scratch. Easy modelization was made possible by the highly accurate MK8 modeling provided by Arno191 (see his MK8 model here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2788031). To assemble this design, you will need a spare M3 x 14 mm screw from your Geeetech printer. Fan specifications include a DF5015SM model running at 12 V and 0.18 A.
