Geeetech I3 Pro W print cooling fan duct with BLtouch mount

This is a custom printed cooling fan duct designed for the Geeetech I3 Pro W wooden version, which originally does not come with one. I created this design because no suitable option was available specifically for this type of printer. The duct is intended to be used in conjunction with the BLtouch, a 3D touch auto-bed leveling sensor that can be purchased from Banggood. The cooling duct mounts directly onto the BLtouch holder using a simple L-console, which is securely fastened by the BLtouch's 3mm screws. However, additional 3mm of screw length may be required to ensure proper fitment, so it's possible that you'll need to replace the original BLtouch screws if they are too short. The duct itself is held in place by a single 3x10mm screw, which is adjustable in height and should be positioned approximately 1mm above the hot-end's bottom edge. All parts of the duct are designed to be printed without supports and can be glued together using acrylic superglue. To assemble this cooling fan duct, you'll need the following additional components: * 1x 40mm fan * 4x 3x15mm screws (nuts are optional but recommended) * 1x 3x10mm screw with nut to attach the tube to the L-console * Optional: 2x 3x15mm screws to replace the original BLtouch screws * Acrylic superglue You can either print all parts together using the cooling.stl file or print individual components separately. It's recommended to use a layer thickness of 0.25 for optimal results.
