Geeetech I3 Pro C Nozzle Fan Assembly
thingiverse
I've been keeping busy with various projects lately. My six-year-old i3 Pro C was experiencing 'Thermal Runaway' shutdowns, which prompted me to investigate intermittent connections on the board interconnect. Upgrading the connectors seemed to help, but I still encountered errors. After further research, I discovered that my cooling fan system had become misaligned with the nozzle, causing excessive heat dissipation from the heat block. To rectify this issue, I designed a new cooling system that can be adjusted in height to accommodate any changes to the nozzle or extruder. The design is symmetrical, so users can easily mirror it using Slic3r software to create the left side. Check out my other uploads for cable management and fan guard designs.
