Geeetech i3 Pro B X Axis Rework Based on Original Prusa MK2. The original Geeetech design has a problem with the tensioning of the X axis belt deforming Z axis geometry. This rework solves that issue. It's inspired by the Original Prusa MK2 with several modifications: * The motor is moved 5mm to the left. * The distance between the linear bearing rod and screw rod is 21mm. * It's compatible with the original Geeetech M8 lead nut and T8 trapezoid lead nut. * Better tensioning of the belt. * Compatible with the original passive idler pulley (M4 screw) or a smaller pulley (M3 screw). * Holes for the tensioner screw have thin 0.2mm walls to make them printable without support. Drill before use, or simply apply force to screw in the M3 tensioner screws. * There are two versions of the tensioner part, both using an M3 screw for tensioning. The difference is the screw for the pulley only; this can be M3 (pulley bore 3mm, pulley outer diameter 13mm, space for pulley 15.2mm) or M4 (pulley bore 4mm, pulley outer diameter 15mm, space for pulley 16mm). OpenSCAD sources are available at https://github.com/dobryj/Original-Prusa-i3/tree/geeetech_i3_B. Made from PETG. Use a nozzle of 0.3 or 0.4mm, layer height 0.2mm, 30-40% infill, and 4 perimeters. Print without support. Use an 8mm drill to calibrate the holes for the X axis rods. This rework requires 4* LM8UU or 2* LM8LUU bearings. It's recommended to use this with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:602481 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1721916. Edit 2016-08-11: The space between the x-end-idler and x-tensioner is extended.
