Geeetech i3 LCD Back Cover
thingiverse
Intro --------- The Geetech i3 has a top mounted LCD, which has the acrylic mount for the front, but the back of the LCD is exposed. There is a risk to touch the back connections and cause a short with the LCD logic pins exposed. Also it looks very ugly and unfinished. Assembly --------- This fits on the original screws and nuts. In case the nuts are falling off when installing the backplate, try holding them with a very small piece of tape On my specific Board, the buzzer speaker was soldered on the back side, So i de-soldered and moved it on the front so everything is nice and compact. > **Mention** > This piece is protruding more than the Connectors on the back thus i don't think that this > case will fit without modifications Check out More --------- [Mk8 Extruder fan spacer] (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2824566) If you are not using the Alu radiator and don't have longer screws, this is the quick solution [Pot lid holders](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2824547) Don't let your lids bounce around in the drawer, or want to showcase them nicely, just glue this pieces in place.
