Geeetech I3 EStop extenders for X and Y axis
thingiverse
Got fed up with my print head colliding into the paper clips that hold the glass on the table. I created extenders to relocate the Home point where the print bed actually begins. Of course, you can input offsets, but it still homing the switches and then moves when printing starts or after it's done, it goes to move to home and crash into the clips. I also put a protective collar on the X-axis rod to prevent over-exercising the bed forward while cleaning/removing parts so this same collision issue wouldn't occur. Re-calibrated the bed size in printer settings, now no need for offsets or any Firmware modifications.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter: \n My dual extruder Geeetech Pro C\n \n Rafts: \n Absolutely Not\n \n Supports: \n No Way\n \n Resolution: I choose a higher than ever before setting.
