This modified version of the 180W PSU cover is specifically designed for use with the Geeetech i3 Aluminium printer, featuring key changes that enhance usability and functionality. Key modifications include a closed back wall, relocation of the power plug to the bottom, and a separate 9.5mm hole for the 12V power cord. The Aluminium printer's design necessitates placing the PSU beside or behind it on the desk, but this setup poses a challenge in attaching a switch for easy on/off control. However, with this custom PSU cover, users now have the option to mount both the PSU and its housing on a plate (utilizing a portion of an old i3 Pro W printer) for secure and convenient switching.
