There are plenty very nice housings available for Arduino and RAMPS, but none for the Chinese all-in-one version GT2560. Attention: Various board sizes exist, with the default version measuring 110mm x 79.8mm x 36.8mm in dimension. A "universal" version is also provided to accommodate boards of varying lengths. Internal cable storage is included. The design features a clam shell construction. Four M4 screws secure the lid, eliminating the need for nuts; four threaded holes are present. An 80mm fan can be mounted using rubber vibration dampers to cool stepper drivers and FETs. The printer boasts a tidy appearance with no visible cables. It took about one hour to neatly fit the cables into the box. This effort was worthwhile. Four 20mm M3 screws, corresponding nuts, and four M4 screws are required. STEP and Solidworks files (the latter requires an additional SLDPRT file) are provided to adjust mounting holes or add further openings if necessary. [Updates] - A version without chamfers in the honeycomb structure on the sides has been added to improve printability. - An universal version compatible with all GT2560 boards is available. - A sealed version with two 40mm fans for optimized airflow has been created, and the SLDPRT file's history has been cleaned up. - A version designed for boards 81mm wide (version A+) is also available; note that only the corresponding 81mm lid will fit.
