Searching online platforms like Thingiverse and others, I couldn't find a suitable replacement for the Geeetech G2S. It also has potential applications in various upgrades, so I designed it using Fusion 360. This holder is specifically created for LM10UU linear bearings, with an interior diameter of 19.4mm, ensuring a snug fit with standard 19mm bearings. If a tighter fit is required, please let me know and I'll update the design accordingly. I'm currently testing the prototype with 3D-printed IGUS bearings, and additional photos will be shared soon. To achieve optimal results, I recommend printing the holder upside down as shown in the photo, which allows for better interior clearance. The recommended print settings are two shells with 30% infill, using PETG or ABS for improved durability.
