This is an enhanced version of one of the components for Bruce Moore's (wbrucem) outstanding G2S 3-Bearing Carriage. A few individuals, including myself, have pointed out that the carriage belt block and clamp are prone to failure in their current configuration, particularly when printed with PLA or ABS materials and exposed to a heated environment or heat lamps like I use. Essentially, I've strengthened Bruce's belt block and clamp to eliminate the weak point where the bolt passes through it. These modifications have been printed in poly carbonate, and I'm unable to break the clamp by hand; it also remains unaffected by the heated enclosure.
