GEEETECH G2/G2s Idler Pulley (plastic version) 624ZZ bearing
thingiverse
Files for 26, 27 and 28 tooth idler pulleys are made using configuration tools and OPEN SCAD, sourced from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16627 which can't be linked due to limited search results of six. The twenty-six tooth might be too slim while the twenty-eight tooth could make the belt jam on the head of the 3mm bolt securing the metal U at the tower's top (testing a pan-head screw instead of a cap-head one for better clearance). A twenty-seven-tooth seems to strike an ideal balance. Print Settings: Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.1 mm Infill: 100% Notes: Printing one layer across the part's bottom will provide stability while printing - use a knife after it cools and remove. Successfully printed in both PLA and ABS materials.
