Geeetech extruder idler arm
thingiverse
My Geeetech A10M's extruder idler arms were damaged, so I created a new one to replace them. To fabricate it, I chose strong and hard enough filament. My selection was Phialment's Glass Reinforced PLA: https://philament.hu/en/termek/philament-glass-reinforced/. Note that the hole for the motor axis is 6mm in diameter, so you will need to utilize the metal tube from the original idler arm. To remove it, I heated up the arm until it melted, then used a larger Phillips screwdriver to push out the metal.
