Geeetech extruder arm late 2019

I've got another extruder on hand that's been sitting since November 2019. I need to add some extra space for two bearings in there. I've also lengthened, rounded and ribbed the arm handle for easier handling. And to keep track of the filament channel better, I'm adding a small ring around it so it's more visible from the side.
