You'll need 40mm M3 hex head bolts for bed levelling, and they can be easily sourced from eBay or Amazon. I also recommend using Nyloc nuts. Since I mainly print with PLA, I haven't encountered any deformation issues when the bed heats up. I use thumbscrews in the front to avoid crashing against the front Y-axis plates. You can find these on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:261309. At the back, there's just enough clearance above the top of the Y-axis back plate for me to use another type of screw.
