This will replace stock metal assembly for the Geeetech Aluminum I3 X Axis Idler and Gantry. 21mm is between smooth rod and threaded rod centers. (GT Z Wobble Adapters Available Too. Bolt on with bearings for lead screw alignment at top) Recommend the self-centering couplers available on Thingiverse.com. You will need: 1) 400mm of 2020 extruded aluminum. 4) 3x16mm bolts or socket heads. 4) LM8UU bearings (you can use original bearings for Z axis, but you'll need to modify idlers). 8) 3mm washers (optional). 6) 5X10mm bolts or socket head (washers optional). Miscellaneous lengths of 3mm screws are needed for X limit switch. Up to you if you use a 50x50 mini wheel gantry plate from Openbuilds. I will be adding an adapter plate for the Titan Aero extruder later for the mini wheel plate. June 2017: Updated idler adjuster for more strength. Modded and added a second piece.
