Geeetech Aluminium ZStop Extender
thingiverse
I had to order a throat for my MK8 extruder and got the 50mm one. Since the original Geetech one was 38mm, this made the ZStop adjustment screw a tad small to reach the ZStop switch. So I added this extender and made it adjustable in height so that the adjustment screw could reach the switch without compressing the spring too much. In fact now I have two springs in place and it gives me proper tension. Because of the clearance, the connection tabs of the switch had to be twisted outwards as shown in the picture. Not a big problem. You will need two more M2 screws and nuts to fit the switch on the extender.
