GeeeTech A30M/A30T Extruders Lowering System

prusaprinters

After having a bunch of problems tunning the stringing problems on my GeeeTech A30T, I found out that seems to be a common problem with the printer in question. After seeing a bunch of solutions relying on lowering the extruders from the top gantry to the same level as the hotend I decided to try it out for myself, and ended up creating this full 3D printed solution for my GeeeTech A30T, which ended up actually working and solving my stringing problems.Since I decided to go for a full 3D printed solution I ended up using one the Aluminum Extrusion by Rudy J, to which I did a little remix to include a 5mm thick base on both tops of the aluminum profile in order to prevent the use of any raft while printing them. The complete printable system uses the following items:1x - Left Holder1x - Right Holder2x - Central Holder3x - 2020 Aluminium Extrusion with 113.3mmIn case you go for the use of an actual 2020 Aluminium Extrusion profile piece instead of the 3D printed ones, you will need a 340mm long piece, and the Central Holders are no longer necessary. Still, in case you use a smaller length for the aluminum profile I suggest either using the Central Holders or another option is the Connector for 2020 aluminum extrusion by Luka Sudar in order to keep everything connected without problems.Extra Info:Modeling software - Autodesk Inventor 2021Slicing Software - Prusa Slicer v2.4.2Printer - GeeeTech A30TFillament - GeeeTech PLA White
