The steps are straightforward: print 2 guides along with any other necessary components, remove the heated bed, take out the belts, and then remove the bed. Next, apply the 2 guides to their designated spots, loosen the screws holding the 2 long Y 2020 bars in place, position the bed with the printed guides securely attached, slide the bed until it perfectly aligns with the 2 long Y 2020 bars, tighten the screws that secure the 2 long bars, drill using a tip of 3.5, remove the 2 printed guides as they are no longer needed, apply the 2 rails MGN12 but do not over-tighten them at this stage, and attach the bed to the MGN12H guides. In my own printer, I had to adjust the design so that the rails protruded from the front because I had made a mistake in designing the holes for the MGN12 guides. The updated design is now available online. Here are the necessary components you will need: - 2 x 500mm MGN12H rail http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/FRtpNpfK - 4 x MGN12H blocks http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/tPaqOmqk - 10-12 M3 t-nuts http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/qsa9Hg2c - 10-12 M3x8 screws for the tracks and 16 M3x8 screws for the guides http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/2B6eKbYy You will also need a new endstop support, which can be found in my uploaded files. For those who use sensorless home like me, you will find a relative holder in my uploaded files as well. If you would like to show your appreciation for the time and effort I put into planning and testing this upgrade by buying me a cup of coffee, it would be greatly appreciated.
