Geeetech A30 Y Belt Tensioner

Geeetech A30 Y Belt Tensioner

I created this project based on donnyb99's CR-10 Y tensioner design, but with a twist - I designed the bracket from scratch. While it's not a direct remix, I borrowed his knob and puller as they share a similar basic concept. To assemble this project, you'll need your existing bolt or axle for the bearings, along with a M5x25 to 35 bolt and nut combination for the knob. UPDATE: Upon further inspection, I noticed that my puller was beginning to separate at the point where the bolt sits. The original design wasn't robust enough to withstand the stress, so I revised it to add more thickness under the bolt head. This update should provide a more reliable fit. Both puller designs are included in the files - puller_v2 is the revised version. Check out this YouTube video for a detailed walkthrough: https://youtu.be/5s9P9wQ5k70
