It replaces the original rubber with a simple screw removal process and allows the use of the same gripping rubber on the printer's resting surface. I discovered that the original rubber offers an impressive grip, even surpassing that of squash balls commonly used in similar applications. This realization led me to design a spherical TPU insulator that can be placed between the rubber pad and the printer, secured by a support adapter printed in PLA. By incorporating this TPU isolator, the printer effectively dissipates its vibrations onto the insulator without requiring it to provide a secure grip on the table, a trait that TPU materials cannot achieve. Reusing existing A30 components from stock satisfies both ecological and practical considerations. To print the spherical TPU insulator, use a 0.2 mm layer height and a 25% infill rate, which yielded optimal vibration absorption results in my testing. In contrast, print the PLA support with a 0.2 mm layer height and a 30% fill ratio for screwing it onto the printer. Good prints to everyone!
