This will help me create new things for you and the entire community, thank you! https://www.paypal.me/RobertoMacchi INTRODUCTION If you've ever opened the Geeetech A30 hot-end box, you'll likely have noticed how poorly the technicians installed the E3D-VX clone in the heating unit. The lack of an appropriate thickness between the horseshoe support and the plane of the box causes problems when tightening the five screws too firmly, leading to damage to the upper floor of the container and compromising the nozzle's perpendicularity on the printing bed. To address this poorly designed component, I created a thickness that fits perfectly with the A30's heating unit. Once installed, it allows for proper force application when tightening the hot-end screws without damaging any components. This sub-mod should be printed using heat-resistant material, such as PETG, to ensure safe operation. Although I've designed it to avoid direct contact with the hot-end itself, taking this precaution will prevent potential issues. Using good quality PETG and investing time in mounting it will pay off with increased stability and logic in your A30's heating group, resulting in improved prints for everyone!
