GEEETECH A20M hotend mount for Homyl Color Switch Extruder

Replacement mount designed specifically for the Geeetech A20m printer, allowing users to upgrade from the stock hotend. The original design is prone to clogging due to its ability to mix or switch between two colors. In response to user requests for alternative solutions, I created this replacement mount using the Homyl 3D Printers Assembled Color Switch Extruder, available on Amazon.ca. This new design attaches securely with only the top two bolts, eliminating the hassle of accessing the bottom ones from behind. I also incorporated a micro adjuster for the BLTouch sensor, making it easier to fine-tune the settings. To assemble this replacement mount, you'll need M3 bolts and screws, as well as one machine screw to secure the parts cooling nozzle. Cooling is achieved through two 50x15 blower fans, positioned for optimal airflow. The connector block has been relocated higher up and angled towards the front, making it simpler to connect various cables.
