The purpose of this solution is to improve original cooling and improve nozzle visibility which is important during printing. In my case, I like to have good visibility of the work especially during the first layer printing which is the most critical phase. The new fan, 4020 blower is fixed to the plastic part with 3 self-tapping screws, but alternatively M3 screws with the corresponding nuts can be used. The 4 original pillars have been replaced but it is not mandatory. In my case, this change was due to the fact that the fixing system of the pillars to the hotend's metal casing is very weak and they ended up coming loose. For this purpose, I used 4 M5 drilled screws with an M3 threaded hole. In order to improve the nozzle visibility, I cut about 5 millimeters from the bottom of the left and right sides of the Hotend's metal casing. With these changes, I got good nozzle visibility around 180 degrees. Any suggestions?
