Geeetech A10M Linear rails X and Y
thingiverse
I deliberately crafted this design with zero offset on both x and y axes, and I mounted the bed directly in the center. You will only lose about 10mm in height due to this adjustment. The belts are almost completely straight. This design should be compatible with all known fan ducts. To make the Y axis moveable, I removed the four screws holding it in place and shifted it 10mm to the right and 10mm forward. Then, I attached it using eight L-brackets (see pic2; link below). Two brackets are placed on each side, and don't forget to attach them from underneath. In pic3, you can see how to attach the Y belt holder. You will need to print two of these parts. I have uploaded two different options: one where you screw from above, and another where you screw from underneath. The drill guide also has four holes that can be used to offset mount the bed if you prefer this configuration. However, I haven't done this myself, so I'm not sure how it works. In pic4, you can see how to attach everything to the bed carrier (note that on the picture, it's mounted on the drill guide for demonstration purposes). The rest of the instructions should be clear. **Print Settings:** * 100% infill * 0.2mm layer height * Use PETG or ABS filament * No support is needed **Parts List:** * Four M3x6 screws for the x block * Sixteen M3x8 screws for the linear rails and y block * Five M3x12 screws for the y belt holder and linear rail stopper * Two M3x30 screws for the x carrier * Sixteen M5x8 screws for the y offset brackets (these need to have a very flat head) * Two M5x10 screws for the y endstop * Six M3 nuts for the x carrier and y belt holder * Two M5 nuts for the y endstop * Twelve T-nuts M3 for the linear rails * Sixteen T-nuts M5 for the y offset brackets * Some M3 and M5 washers * Eight 2020 90-degree angle brackets (be careful to buy the **20x20x18** version, not the **25x25x18** version) * Two MGN12 H 300mm units * Two meters of GT2 belt (the existing one is too short)
