I carefully designed this modification to have a precise zero offset on both x and y axes, with the bed mounted centrally for optimal performance. You'll only lose about 10mm in height due to the design change, and the belts remain almost completely straight. This modification should be compatible with all known fanducts, ensuring seamless integration with your existing system. To achieve this precision, I moved the entire Y axis by removing the four screws and shifting it 10mm to the right and 10mm forward. I then secured it using eight L-brackets (see pic2 for a detailed view), ensuring two brackets on each side and don't forget to attach one to the underside. As seen in Pic3, you'll need to print two Y belt holder parts and attach them according to the instructions provided. You can choose between two options: screwing from above or underneath. I've uploaded two different designs for your convenience. The drillguide also features four holes that allow for offset mounting of the bed if desired. However, I haven't implemented this feature myself, so its functionality remains untested. In Pic4, you'll see how to mount everything on the bed carrier – note that it's currently demonstrated on the drillguide for clarity. Print settings are as follows: * 100% infill * 0.2mm layer height * PETG or ABS materials * No support needed Here is the required parts list: * 4x M3x6 screws for x block * 16x M3x8 screws for linear rails and y block * 5x M3x12 screws for y belt holder and linear rail stopper * 2x M3x30 screws for x carrier * 16x M5x8 screws for y offset brackets (ensure they have a flat head) * 2x M5x10 screws for y endstop * 6x M3 nuts for x carrier and y belt holder * 2x M5 nuts for y endstop * 12x T-nuts M3 for linear rails * 16x T-nuts M5 for y offset brackets * Various M3 and M5 washers Additionally, you'll need: * 8x 2020 90-degree angle brackets (be cautious when ordering, as the correct size is 20x20x18; avoid the 25x25x18 version) * 2x MGN12 H 300mm rails * 2m GT2 Belt (the existing one is too short)
