Geeetech A10M LED light bar 220mm
thingiverse
Modified to fit the A10M, no screws or non-printable materials required. To fit a 220mm wide print on a 220mm print bed, rotate the model 45 degrees so it goes diagonally across the bed. My curved and mesh bed levelling is a bit hit-or-miss at the moment, so I had to print without rotating the model. If you decide to do this, use the full 220mm x 220mm build volume, which is technically the full capacity of the A10M (235x235mm), but most people will be printing in the default area of 220x220mm. For Cura, adjust these settings: * Adhesion type = Raft with "Raft Extra Margin" set to 0mm or adhesion type = none * Travel Avoid Distance = 0mm * Horizontal Expansion = 0mm * Support Horizontal expansion = 0mm (supports shouldn't be needed for this model) * Draft Shield disabled * Ooze Shield disabled * Infill Wipe Distance = 0 Due to infill wipe distance = 0, I recommend enabling "connect infill lines" so the infill sticks to walls better. Remember to manually remove any G-code that primes the nozzle if it's in print area. For this reason, I recommend printing on a raft with 0mm extra margin to prime the nozzle. You could also insert this G-code at start to prime the nozzle: G28; Home all axes G92 E0; Reset Extruder G1 Z10.0 F3000; Move Z Axis up little to prevent scratching of Heat Bed G1 F1500.0 E25; Extrude some material G92 E0; Reset Extruder
